LVT Flooring Installation in Swindon
QuotesWhat You'll Pay and How We Quote
LVT is quoted once we have seen the room. The price depends on the size of the room, the product you choose, whether it is glued down or clicks together, and above all how much preparation the subfloor needs. LVT is thin, so the subfloor has to be smooth and flat before it goes down.
We come out to you, measure up, look at what is underneath and give you a free quote before anything is ordered or started. There is no call-out fee for the visit.

What the Work Covers
LVT is a tough, water-resistant floor that suits kitchens, hallways and busy family rooms. Because it is thin, it shows every bump underneath, so most of the work is in the preparation: the subfloor needs to be smooth, flat and clean before the planks or tiles go down. Depending on the product, LVT is either glued down or clicks together as a floating floor, and we fit both.
- Lifting the old flooring
- Levelling and smoothing the subfloor
- Glue-down and click LVT
- Planks and tiles
- Neat cuts around pipes, units and doorways
