What You'll Pay and How We Quote

Repairs are quoted once we have seen the damage. The price depends on how many boards are affected, whether matching boards can be found, what caused the damage and whether you want the floor sanded and refinished afterwards so the repair blends in. Small repairs and bigger ones are both worth a call.

We come out to you, measure up, look at what is underneath and give you a free quote before anything is ordered or started. There is no call-out fee for the visit.

What the Work Covers

Not every damaged floor needs replacing. Water damage, lifted boards, scorch marks, gaps and squeaks can often be repaired, with new boards matched in as closely as possible to the old ones. Where a repair is part of a bigger job, we can sand and refinish the whole floor afterwards so the new boards sit in with the rest.

  • Replacing damaged or water-stained boards
  • Re-fixing loose and squeaking boards
  • Filling gaps and splits
  • Repairing boards lifted for plumbing or wiring
  • Matching new boards to the existing floor
  • Sanding and refinishing to blend repairs in
